In the first month of school, I felt the pressure of life. As a sophomore girl, I saw that my classmates were trying various part-time jobs to make money, and I also began to think about making more money for my life.
I remember that afternoon, I was flipping through the economics textbook in the library, and my roommate Xiaomei suddenly ran to me excitedly. “Xiaolin, do you know? I found a tutoring job!” She said with a beaming face, “Through ‘Easy Teaching Network’, you can earn 800 yuan in just six hours a week!”
This also aroused my interest. When I returned to the dormitory that night, I began to seriously study safe and reliable part-time channels. First, I registered an account on the “College Student Employment Service Platform”, which is a job search website officially recommended by the school, and its reliability is naturally needless to say. Through the platform, I soon received a job as a librarian on campus, working 12 hours a week and earning 1,200 yuan a month.
After working for a month, I found that I still had plenty of time, so I took some text entry tasks on the “Qingju Typing” platform. The biggest advantage of this job is that it has flexible working hours. It can be completed in spare time and you don’t have to go out, which is very suitable for girls.
On weekends, I also found an internship position in new media operations of a well-known company on “Intern Monk”. Although the salary is not high, it can accumulate work experience and lay the foundation for future job hunting.
Xiaomei saw that I was busy and happy, and recommended “Yuedu FM”, a platform for producing audio books, to me. She said that I have a sweet voice and can try dubbing. Unexpectedly, I really found my fourth part-time job here – dubbing children’s stories, 50 yuan per story.
Over time, I summed up a few principles for choosing a job:
1. Be sure to go through a formal platform and stay away from private recruitment by strangers
2. Do not do prepaid work
3. Sign a formal agreement to ensure the rights and interests of both parties
4. Exchange experiences with classmates around you and remind each other
5. Arrange time reasonably and focus on learning
Now I can earn more than 3,000 yuan a month, which can not only cover daily expenses, but also buy myself some favorite things. Most importantly, these experiences allowed me to feel the atmosphere of the workplace in advance and gain valuable social experience.
By the way, I am considering registering for BTC Holders Club recently to share my part-time experience and campus life. I heard that you can make a lot of money by creating content now!
